Re: Photo Contacts Pro XV6700 HELP!
Im sure it will will work with the TP being it is WM6 which is the only requirement of the software. But hey, if you have any issues then you simply remove it. Do the trial software first and see how you like it.

Re: Photo Contacts Pro XV6700 HELP!
The thing is I have the software cause I've ran it on my HTC Touch and my HTC 6800, but on the TP of course the screen dimisions are different and when my phone rings on the TP the music tones skip, but I've never had that problem with the touch, I wonder if I need to change something the registry???

Re: Photo Contacts Pro XV6700 HELP!
Well IDK about the screen differences but obviously not all PDA/PPCs have the same size as 67/6800s so I dont think that would be it. However, have you tried to uninstall PCP and see if your tones return to normal? You are doing individual contact tone profiling arent you?

Yes and when I uninstalled it, the tones work like normal, 1 thing though when pcp is on my pro the default answer screen tries to pull up the the pro answer screen pulls up, I guess its just a conflict

Re: Photo Contacts Pro XV6700 HELP!
Who are you kidding. Photo Contacts doesnt come zipped. LOL. Bootleggers will give it you you zipped or rar'ed tho........LOL
Anyway, you have to unzip it for the most part. It should either be a .cab file or a .exe file. If it is a .cab then you take that file and copy it to the device and install it from the device. If it is .exe then you connect the PPC to the PC via USB and let AS synch up then then click on the .exe from the PC |
