Windows Mobile 6 Kitchen ETA

Hoping for some estimation or even a rough guess at when we might see a tweaked version of WM6 in the form of a kitchen? I'm sure it's been asked but I haven't seen a topic yet... so anyone have the scoop?

maybe if you rush them they will get it done sooner, or just let them do their thing. If this info was available im sure there would be a post about it

Hey, don't be a dick, he was just putting out there what alot of us are wondering. We all know it will be out when its ready and asking doesn't help, but at any rate be nice :)

I know I'll be waiting till a lot of the bugs are cleaned up since I need a functional device. I'm sure by then they kitchen will be out.

Actually, I think making a thread about this question is a great idea.
We've all been wondering, and I've even been guilty of bringing it up in the chat room the first day WM6 was out.

The worst thing we can do is to start bugging the guys that are making the kitchen.
If there is an entire thread dedicated to the question of "When", all the people that want to ask, will just come here, and they won't keep pestering the people making the kitchen.

All the kitchen makers have to do is avoid this thread, and they won't be bothered by it.
And, hopefully one of them will chime in one day and tell us it's ready or in beta testing or "In Your Dreams".

if the rom has been made already / what process is involved in making the kitchen.
i was under the impression that the kitchen allows us to add stuff and remove unnecessary or undesired stuff. what is it that they do to create a kitchen out of a rom release???? the utilities used are they different from the others utilities we use to make the kitchens for wm5.

or is it all the options that they make available in the kitchen but have to right up reg or config file to properly have them installed. do the have to break down the cab files also so they will install right?? just wondering thats all

thanks for your time

Just throwing my $0.02 out there, "good things come to those that wait."

I can't wait for a kitchen, but hey by all means take your time if it means that the bugs will be ironed out.

Oh yeah and thanks again to the savvy folks who're cranking this out :)

i got a perfect iphone theme going on and i def dont wanna ruin that right now..

im pretty patient, but im checking these forums a couple times a day waiting for that "special" thread... lol

Like everyone else, I'm curious too, but I'm patient. I'm sure I'll be jumping on the first kitchen that comes out though...

I doubt it's a trivial thing to create a kitchen from a brand new ROM. I'm sure there will be lots of testing required for the encoding tools and all the OEMs, etc. Personally, I'd rather they get some of the quirks ironed out (like secured wifi or threaded sms :D ) before releasing it anyway. That way, we don't have to have 6 or 7 different revs of kitchen.

Keep in mind they're trying to work out the bugs that are currently present in the WM6 rom. Call it "experimental" if you will, they wanted to get feedback so they could iron them out and have a beautifully working kitchen for everyone.
