there is an option to upload the prl file to the phone....does anyone have the verizon .prl file?

YES! Allow the Verizon extrom to load. That should fix your settings.

try this i had the same promblam

i'm new to this and i did the same thing i went to verizons web site and downloaded the software from the phone suppourt site. after that i did a hard reset and reflash it every thing whent back to normal and just a note make sure that you keep a hold of that file cause if your like me i have damn near crashed my phone serveral times learnning this and it has brought my phone back every time i hope this will help.

thanks alot!!! i downloaded the latest prl witch brought me back to verizon the i did a *228 to reprogram my phone and i am back in business!!

I had this problem. you have to do manual programming. call verizon they will wlak you through and tell you how to change some IDs. hen you will be connecting to verizon.
usually the will ask you to do ##778 then EDIt , and they will tell you what numbers to change.
