Wait for kitchen?

Hi, I'm a noob, so if this doesn't sound correct, sorry. From what I've read on xde-developers dot com, it looks like they have some alphas floating around of the required files needed to install this. I think they've gotten it to work on the Mogul. It looks like there is a specific order that all of the software needs to be installed (the TouchFlo DLLs, HTC Home, Audio Manager, etc.) and even after all of this is installed, it seems to crap out depending on what you install afterwards. A lot of people are having problems with the Spb suite of apps.

So anyway, I think if anyone can get it working for the Apache with TouchFLO (the whole thing: the cube, finger scrolling, ButtonFlo) we'll need the kitchen so we can recreate the ROM with the base WM6 install, then install and get TouchFLO to work, and then install the other stuff on top of it.
