Can't FInd My Ext ROM

I had tried to install a program to my Ext rom before onlocking it and the programs would not run for me. So, I decided to reflash with BigJ's rom, which is what I've been using for the last month. In the middle of the flash, I got an error while it was flashing my Ext rom. It stopped at 99%. I reflashed it again and the whole process went through fine, but now I cannot see my Ext rom. Does anyone have any idea what happened or more importantly how to fix it? I really miss that extra storage. I appreciate any help I can get. I've tried the Ext rom unlock program and the ApacheExtRomUnlocker and they have not worked for me.
