The Brazilian Carrier Vivo

Hello Everyone! I was looking inside the extended rom carrier folder for the Apache and I couldn't find the Brazilian carrier. So I decided to add it in case of someone need it.

It's under the name, Vivo Brazil.

If you could point me to the threads to read on how to perform this, I would love to do the same with Bell Aliant (Eastern Canada Carrier) so that I can proved the proper rom.
