Possible to run ACCESS Linux Platform?

Hello, I just heard about the ACCESS Linux Platform and saw a few screenshots of it and I really would like to give it a try once it's released and I was wondering if it could run on Windows Mobile Phones? Like...to just completely erase Windows Mobile (I'm growing to dislike it) and just add the ACCESS Linux platform to the Apache?

I don't know A LOT about PDA Phones so im sorry if this is a dumb question.
