Bricked? Don't know what to look for!

So I destroyed my 6700 by accident. Finally got a new one in the mail off eBay. They are both Alltel, I activated, made a few calls with it, but then it started acting up last night. I haven't a clue why. Heres the issues...

Don't receive any calls from other people.
Can't send SMS (Sent a few, like 3, it usually doesn't work)
Always get a Ntwk.NoRdy error, "Send when digital service is avail.?"

Other than that, the phone looks and works (for the most part) just like my old one. I've tried searching for any of this, and I couldn't find anything that helped. I can make calls no problem, but when I went to bed last night, this morning, I had 3 unread texts, and a voicemail. No missed calls though.

What can I do? Please help! Thanks

Basically its this,

Can't receive phone calls or send text messages.
CAN make phone calls and RECEIVE text messages.

Tried flashing UTStarcoms ROM, same thing. Internet does work. This is driving me insane, any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Bottom line: you need to get a refund from the seller you bought it from.

Caveat Emptor!

Yeah, that's my thought too. In the mean time, did you call Alltel?

you should know it takes roughly 24 hours for the phone company to fully switch phones. When I upgraded to my 6700, my old phone would ring when called for that period, but my NEW phone could still make calls.

So Alltel was no help, did a *350, she tried calling, no avail. I thought about the 24 hour wait, I've noticed that previous times I've switched phone. My question is should I wait for that, and hopefully thats the issue, or should I raise hell, send it back, and get a refund?

Small Update... I've been trying and trying to send a text all day yesterday, and finally last night, instead of the same old "Ntwk.NoRdy" permanent error, I started getting the "No.Ack" temp. message, and the recipient started to receive them. But its been flip flopping between that and the Ntwk.NoRdy message

This morning my phone connected to the internet, then all of a sudden 3 texts were received that I knew were sent earlier that morning (a few hours earlier). I responded, and all but once I didn't get an error message.

Still can't receive calls though...

Is this not the weirdest thing anyone's heard, and ideas from ya'll? Ya'll know a hell of a lot more about 6700's and cell service than I will ever know, so please suggest anything. Thanks for ya'll support so far!
