Anything out there that can show me per process CPU time?

Basically I want to see what is slowing the machine down and what is not. So I need something like the Windows task manager that will show per process CPU time. That way I can leave that in the background for a few hours and see a nice break down of how much cpu time was idle and who was eating the most that wasn't.

So far, I haven't been able to see anything that so much as per process CPU usage... let alone the super helpful CPU time.

Task Manager by dotfred (google should pick it up). I consider it an essential addtition to any Pocket PC (it's also included in the kitchen by default).

Ah I misread your post--thought you were looking for CPU percentage. I don't know of any task manager that provides CPU time, but you might check to see if this one does:
