my keyboard lights wont light up?

how can i fix that. Please help

Check Control Panel->Personal->Buttons->Backlight tab and make sure you have "Enable keyboard backlight" checked and try setting it to 10secs.

If that doesn't work, it could be hardware or some other program is disabling the light.

when I click it it does not give me the option for how long to have it on and it still won't light up. I saw it light up before tho. now it wont
