setting GMT in kitchen

How do I set the GMTime in the kitchen. What I want to do is set it for -6 central US. When I do a hard reset or make a new ROM it will automatically set the time; then it will time sync on it own. Then I wont have to do this step every time.

all of this can actually be done with a few reg entries.
I actually skip the whole welcome screen, so i dont have to calibrate stylus, enter timezone, etc.

regs you will need
you will need to export your registry to get this information.

;Skip All of Welcome Screen
;================================================= ============
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Welcome]
"Disable"=dword:FFFFFFFF

;Stylus caliberation
;================================================= ============
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\TOUCH]
"CalibrationData"=""

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\Stylus]
"Group"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\Stylus\96DPI]
"CurFont"=dword:000003e8
;================================================= ===============

;Timezone Information
;================================================= ============
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Time]
"TimeZoneInformation"=
;================================================= ===============

;Clock and Alarms
;================================================= =============
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Clock]
"GMT_OFFSET"=
"AppState"=
"AppInfo"=
"HomeDST"=

Come in the chat room if you need more information.

Nope, not in the rom anywhere. This needs to be in your personal customize oem. working on getting one out there for the masses to add to their kitchen. Just have to make your own changes or add more regs to it.
That was a sample of what is in the rgu. Still editing it so it can be easy to use by the masses
