Launch Today screen on device wake up

Is there an EXE file for the "Today Screen"? The selection is there in the start menu, but I'm trying to create a notification to make the Today screen show when I wake up my phone.

You might want to also try researching how to use mortscript to trigger the today screen.

I'm sure you could make a small script to at least navigate to the start button and then "press" the today icon automatically.
