Any New Rom using the latest 1.0.4 kitchen

I am using the OmegaX Rom based on 1.0.3 Kitchen. Has any one created a new rom using the 1.0.4 Kitchen?

As is my rom includes the ability to use youtube as well as m.youtube. I added the new comm manager and threaded sms as well as office 2007. Was there anything else on top of the last rom needed?

what do you mean? The Previous ROM was a stripped version of the kitchen. Made for speed and pretty bare bones. It was carrier specific for verizon. The rom creation takes minutes but the upload takes about 40. I have a client to get to soon but i'll be back shortly. If you want anything added let me know.

Thanks a lot for your rom. i had a question regarding the default PocketCM. As you know it has a bug that you cant view or delete an contact. Can you please replace that?

Also just was curious to see what the 1.0.4 kitchen fixed?

5. SYS Folder: Made new NotesTemplates OEM to contain Note Templates that were previously in the Office Lang folder
6. SYS Folder: Consolidated all Office files (some were in SYS_APPS and SYS_LANG etc) and reg entries to new Office 2005 OEM
7. Edited initflashfiles.dat in OEM_HTC to get old office shortcuts into Office 2005 OEM folder
8. Edited option.xml in sys folder to update Office 2005 entry/UUIDs
9. Deleted old OneNote OEMs in \OEM and moved newer version out of Office 2007 folder into sep OEM in \OEM (can be standalone or used in conjunction with 05 or 07)
10. Updated Cricket oem to add 1040 PRL and fixed provxml per amoamare
11. Updated 1-6 Tab HTC Home Plugin with change colonel made to allow E-mail icon to open the most-recently-used E-mail account. Also included reg entries provided by kyppcgeek to hide all other battery and time from today screen when HTC Home plugin is used. This will cause problems if you use the hack to show the date in the top bar, so people should override this setting in their own custom OEMs if desired. Updated UUID for the plugin to load later in the buildos process.
12. Updated wmodem OEM reg entries to set multi-nai at 0 (doubtful this makes any difference anyway) and to update plug & play Vendor (BB4) and Product ID (CF) information supplied to the computer when tethering via wmodem. Previous kitchens used different values for these which caused pre-existing modem drivers to stop working. I have restored these values to the default values you would find on an apache rom. Those of you who previously fixed your drivers to work with the different values will need to revert back to the original wmodem drivers (or use the ones provided in the Optional_Wmodem OEM folder).
13. Fixed the #778 shortcut in Optional_Phone_codes which had been erroneously labeled MSL instead of PST.
14. Fixed opt file issue in the TripYzee OEM, removed vst_config.txt file which was unneeded.


OEMs Added:
1. Office 2007 (must obtain separately if desired). The great and wonderful Helmi "fixed" these versions (which have been available unofficially to WM6 users for a couple of months--originally provided by Jimmy98 at xda-dev) to work on WM5. A few caveats (which are all inherent in the Jimmy98-provided versions): 1. They take up an additional 3MB of space over the standard Office (which I call Office 2005). 2. Excel will not open properly the first time--simply open it (or your document) again and it will work. 3. Powerpoint will not bring up its context menu while in a slide show. This is really not all that exciting unless you need to work with the new Office 2007 (desktop) file types--docx, xlsx, and pptx--in which case this OEM is probably essential to you.

8. Some great game OEMs from our user RoastPork: Pocket Sudoku, Rubic PPC, and PocketSand. I added an icon to PocketSand for fun (make sure you try this game!)
9. GB-SOFT Tweaker to timeout data connection after 10 minutes - (interval is changeable via control panel)
10. Chess 2.0 by Valentin Illescu. Nice lightweight freeware. Online features seem to no longer work.
11. New SPB Pocket Plus, Weather, Insight, and Core Services (I relented on that one) OEMs from biglcny. I updated the Weather OEM to the latest version 1.767 avaiable at spbclub.com to fix temp display issues. Also, I updated his PocketPlus OEM to enable safemode by default. From my testing extended themes still do not work, but maybe that's due to a particular mix of OEMs?
12. Added dopeweasel's UPX4PPC OEM
13. Added Oxios Memory OEM (two tiny apps to help reclaim lost RAM)
14. Added Blade's StrobeLight OEM (flashes your PPC Screen rapidly--could be useful to be found in a crowd)

Yes please replace the PocketCM. Something similar would be great.
Also i noticed your Rom is using up more power. I have to re-charge every day and i am not using Wifi or Bluetooth.

Also Can you remove the entire MemMaid as its expired. I want to install it seperately

That one of the downsides to the Home Plugin. Any today plugin takes battery. But this one does so much it is bound to have issues. My suggestion is to check you backlight settings.

Replacing pocketCM is gonna be hard because the same guy created all versions like it. I'll build without it and if you find something better I'll make a new ROM.

Most OEM that need registered come to you expired. But if you have a key you can unlock it.
