fat32?

I've recently updated my PPC to the new kitchen rom, but before that my PPC would not read memory cards formated in Fat32.

I only have one memory card... a 4GB one... and I'd rather not delete it to find out because it would take awhile to set it up properly again (I have it partitioned into two 2GB partitions).

Anyway, it's always seemed strange that fat32 was on the 6700 by default. Has this been added by the kitchen rom?

if not, does anyone know where/how to make the 6700 fat32 compatible? I'd rather be using a file system invented in the 1996 rather then 1984...
