Defragmenting the PPC-6700

Does anyone know if there is an application available that would let you defragment the actual device?

I know there are some programs available that will allow you to defragment an SD Card but that is not what I am searching for.

There really isn't any need for defragtion of the 6700. Since it uses RAM/ROM, which haves no physically moving parts keeps it pretty much free of fragmentation.

I tried Pocket Mechanic and it messed a lot of stuff up. I had to basically reinstall everything to fix the mess it created.

i had to do the same thing too....most of the software by Anton Tomov messes up my 6700. i had to do a hard reset a couple of hours ago because virtual explorer, there new software, made phone freeze up and it wouldn't restart....use there software with caution.
