Animated radar images

Does anyone knows how to make the animated radar loops work on the ppc? As we are officially in the hurricane season now, I really like to keep track of any approaching storm/hurricane whereever I am. I am sure anyone that lives around the gulf coast would want to do that. I think we need java script or somekind to make this animated thing works. Can someone with the knowledge shed some light on this subject?

Yes, that's exactly what I mean. I use intellicast to track weather/hurricane.

You'll want to try something that handles Java script, like Opera 8.6 or Netfront 3.3. I tried Opera on it (since I use that browser) and for the most part it worked, however that large beautiful map was reduced to a much smaller, clunky thing (because it's not a mobile formatted site).

I think you're best bet would be to get something like Pocket Streamer Lite which allows you to just stream Weather Channel reports or something like WeatherPanel which has radar pics available.

OR..the best one yet:

Just use PDA Weather Products which is an amazing site with looping radar for all regions in the US and is specificlaly formatted for mobile devices. Works very well on Opera but can't say for PIE so you can try. Enjoy

This sight has some pretty good looping radar. You will need to register but the looping radar works and you can save as many locations as you like. I travel a lot and I use it all the time. Beat of all its FREE!
