The bending stylus never works right... it ruins them. I have the lock on mine. Has done me well. I am parting with my 6700 tomorrow though
 selling it.

funny, the stylus was already missing when I bought it. For 40 bucks though, it wasn't gonna be a deal breaker. I actually really like this phone. Def a lot heavier and bulky compared to my Diamond, but a nice phone non the less.
