damn thats nuts.. maybe that rep didnt realize its illegal..
but he is wrong though... you can get vision working just not at ev-do speeds i got it working by forcing phone into 1xrtt all the time. But if you want the evdo, switch your apache back to its original esn. Call sprint and tell them to swap your account to the apache esn. Then use the apache esn on your other phone. that should work... |

realize that any time you talk to a rep and give them your account info they are supposed to log the conversation details. If they catch this they can close your account for breach of contract. They also can charge the full $200 early termination. Not to mension they can hit you with fraud charges. In short. Pleeease watch it.

You should not have both phones on at one time as it will cause you to be droped by your provider. Thanks for the warnings and if you need general sprint info call mom and pop cell stores that sell sprint and other brands they are sometimes helpfull.

Sprint can easily tell if you have both phones on at the same time because the CDMA radios are always replying back to "pings" from the network. Getting two different replies (sometimes from different towers) to one ping is not a good thing.
Seriously guys, don't be careless about this kind of thing. It could get you in a lot of trouble. |
