Cant Data Roam with any kitchen

Hopefully someone will know the answer to this. I just recently repurchased a 6700 and flashed with the latest kitchens (tried 4 different ones). the problem i have is i cannot data roam (get error 1013) . i am roaming on alltel here in missouri. i have to revert to the latest stock ROM from HTC and i can data roam fine. I made sure my PRL was the newest and reven tried 20229 and 60608 both.

Any ideas???

Edit: OK, dont know what i really did, BUT... I went back to stock ROM and radio, then made the kitchen again......flashed it....and all works now!!!!!!!! This rocks....
