BT connection to car's stereo keeps cutting out

I have an XV6700 running a cooked WM6.1. In my car I have a Pioneer FH-8000BT and I've paired them. About 7 times out of 10, everything works fine - call comes in, the radio switches to phone, and I can talk through it. But about a third of the time, in the middle of the call, the sound stops coming from the radio and starts coming from my phone (which is annoying because then I have to hunt for the phone while the other person keeps talking). Is there anything I can do to keep the BT connection from breaking off?

I would also like to know!!
I have mine hookup to my Jabra BT8040. when I try and play my mp3, it plays for like 3-4 sec and drops out. if I start the song again it will reconnect and drop right back out.
