Asurion Phone Replacement?

Has anyone here try to do a phone replacement from Asurion and see what they will offer. I'm trying to do one for my wife her Apache is about to give out. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please search. Really, there are a ton of threads on this. It all depends on what a location has. Some have got another 6700, som have got a 6800, others have even got a Touch Pro.

I been trying Asurion both the ESRP and online services and both keep sending me to a nearest sprint store. Even if I change the zipcode still does the same thing. It must be because there are a lot of stores near where I live. BTW I live in NYC.

Just went on Asurion again because my wife's phone 6700 from Sprint is really about to give out due to drop calls and phone not wanting to charge anymore I gues is the USB. This is to report that I was offered a Touch Pro for replacement. Sounds like a good deal.

Yeah thats a good deal. But thats how Sprint has been doing for some time now. I wouldnt mind a TP as an upgrade through Asurion but VZW isnt so nice.

Just received the phone replacement and is a refurbished TP but I'm happy with it because is a touch pro better than the Apache and if it goes wrong I guess I'll just take it to the sprint store and replace it with a new one.
