Picsel Browser question

Im so happy to finally see this app again. I hadnt seen it since my iPaq 5400 days and I really missed it. Thanks!

My question is the startup time. It takes around 40 seconds to load. Anyone else experience this or have any solutions? Any more recent version available than 1.0 build 2319?

Thanks

seems to load fine for me....maybe try uninstalling and re installing maybe that would work. Not to threadjack but the only thing I don't like about it is that when I am surfing the web I can't figure out how to go back a page or forward a page. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't see any back or forward buttons.

As you surf, the bottom 1/4 of the screen turns gray, there is a vertical bar up the middle of the gray area and on the left side is the (small) page you just looked at. Tap to go back. On the right is another small page. Tap to go forward.

I've heard that the Picsel browser doesn't autoconnect for some people, so try to have a wifi or other data connection going first before you open the app.

It definitely isn't hte fastest app, but the browsing experience is pretty cool.

Edit: Holy cr@p! I've had a word doc that was very large (18 megs, 140 pages with embedded pictures and tables) that pocket word couldn't even open. Picsel Browser opened it with out a problem and navigation of the document was much easier than with word (on docs that it could open anyway).

Who cares if it doesn't always autoconnect... or what the f*** ever

OMG thuis is the COOLest browser ever

I have been looking for something that lets you zoom in and out on whole webpages and flick them arund the screen - BTW I have it installed in my unlocked and recently emptied of crap extended ROM, it runs fine and loads VERY quickly :P

Sorry - if you don't immediately see the zoom bar tool - click the picsel cube and then click straight back to the page you are viewing and there they will be
