Thumbs up BT- headset

I don't know if anyone here has been able to fix the issue with bluetooh and this new radio. I have tried just about everything except a new BT stack. I did the AD2P tweaks and some other bt setting using registry editor but nothing so far. The problem is that when I change to this new radio I get a really choppy sound and as soon as I step 4 feet away from my phone I get a lot of static that it gets to the point that it disconnects itself. This is pertained to my BT-headset. The radio is really good a lot more reception but if I could get this fixed it will be of great help.

I'm can't go back from 1.43 to 1.41, and I think it's because of my bootloader version which was upgraded to 1.04.

The last kitchen build that I built wouldn't work until I selected the .04+ RUU during the selection phase.

I want to go to 1.41 because I believe I am missing some text messages and I know for sure a couple of times I've gotten the "Some messages could not be downloaded....." error on sending or receiving SMSes.

I don't want to hard reset or reflash my phone except for the radio. Does anyone know a work around?

I'm running WM6 on a Verizon VX-6700.

Thanks,
Doug

Nevermind...

I had to reflash to upgrade to Arcsoft MMS 4, so I just dropped the 1.41 firmware into the ROM folder.

Smile Re: Upgrade to Radio 1.41

MMkay so i have upgraded my Bell 6700 from 1.14 Radio to the 1.41 But under Device information i am still showing Radio Version 1.14...The incoming call response is alot quicker so it seems the update did go thru. Is this normal for it to still show ur old radio version under device infromation?

Re: Upgrade to Radio 1.41

I have 1.43, and I think the phone is so, so in my area, my old Moto V710 did a lot better. Is downgrading to 1.41 better ?

I had a Moto E815 which was the cousin or Update of the V710. Really your moto has a very strong radio The PPC-6700 is a little on the weak side though.
