links wont open...why?

why is it everytime i try to open up a link from an email or text message, i get an error message stating "the file blahblahblah cannot be opened. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found. you might need to reinstall or restore this file"

All I'm doing is clicking on a link. I don't get it. I havent had a link work for me since the first couple weeks ive had this phone. There have been too many programs installed and uninstalled for me to know which program might be a problem.

if u have done a lot of uninstalling and installing, its probably a bad uninstall. u have two options run a program like memmaid in hopes of deleting bad files, or b hard reset.
