Keypad going bad. What should I expect from sp.

My wife's Apache is finally going bad and I will be exchanging it. Not sure if I should go to the store or use the insurance under the TEP. I know the TEP is not an upgrade program, so we don't need to go their. Any advise on how I should handle this process. I understand the insurance will be going up in March, so I hope to do this before then. What would you expect from sp. GIMME some advise!!! I know they are getting tough on the exchange thing.

From the sprint web site:

"Revolutionize the Customer Experience One Customer at a Time"

“This year is all about transforming the customer experience to be the reason customers stay with us or sign up for service with us. And, this year the mantra is simple: serve, solve and satisfy.”

To get a proper simulation of a Sprint Customer Service experience, grab your ankles and have your roommate f*st you in the @ss while wearing utility gloves. Congrats, you have just experienced the gentle touch of Sprint.
