How to change Default ScreenTaps sound?

Anyone know the name of the screentap and Hardware Button In the "Sounds and notifications" sounds are? Or are the in an exe?
I like to use the sounds but i do not like the default sound.

My rom is completely skinned to look like a portable vista. I would like to change the sound to match more of a vista flavor.
