An Apache kitchen in Espanol? with AKU 3.5?

How is your translation going?. I'm about to start translating WM6 AKA 3.5 to spanish and it would be much easier and faster if I join your efforts instead of starting a separate translation. Let me know how can I be of any help to you.

Hey Frat001,

Up until now all I have gotten to do was replace the *.MUI in english with the spanish *.MUI files. This method failed for me but I can give it another try just to see if it works.

What have you been able to do so far?

I did it!!! I did it!!! The first ROM of the Apache 6700 in Spanish!!!!! this one based on the version Generic_WM6_5.1908_B7 of Robmayer.
Even it has some small mistakes (for example, do not achieve that some Icons were translated, the Wireless Modem, even it does not work, since I have not found the drivers in Spanish), but in general, this one working perfectly and even I am in the phase of test(I go 2 days and alone these problems I have detected) for what I glad opinions on this work.

Also I am useful to be grateful to Helmi_C, for being the percussor of the ROM WM6 (that opne the way for all of us and he is still introducing us with his
kitchens), To Robmayer, for optimizing the ROM and show us the correct way of work , To Wideawake for her great manual like constructing the ROM, and to all the PPCgeeks that they contributed direct and indirect form to the improvement of the ROM. and to Tna of Xda-developers, for her great manual of as translating any ROM..

Pardon for my English, is a little bit bad(already we understeand because I translated the ROM .. je .. je ..)..

migue2078, felicitaciones amigo!!!!, esta genial!!!. Yo estoy en lo mismo pero con la cocina de Helmi_c a ver si la traduzco siguiendo los pasos de la guia de xda-developers (funciona bien la guia por lo que veo jejeje).

Otra cosa, ese link a megaupload siempre dice que los puertos hacia mi pais estan ocupados, podrias usar un mirror como rapidshare o 4shared?. Gracias de antemano!!

Folks: I downloaded it and it get its pros and contras, here to mention
Pros: faster, light, almost on spanish, touchflo making work all by my finger
Contras: camera button not assigned (this i resolved making a shortcut of camera.exe on folder "c:\windows\menú inicio\programas" and later assigned the third button to this shortcut), notes nor recorder not working, even outlook notes not too (only happened before when i install the 4:30 gmt patch), shortcut organization is somewhat strange (i lose myself when i want a particular applet), spanish dictionary not included for sms and office (there is already a patch to install, only have to change the hard keyboard layout to match writing on the red printed), cyberon voice commander not included (a must for making voice activation calls, and the 5th button assigning), slidesound error when making changes (it looks for a faulty .net framework for that i see at the error messages)
