booda_do: No, this is completely stock from UTStarcom. I just made it so any apache users can flash to it, and I removed the newer bootloader files so that you wont upgrade to bootloader 2.04, in which at that point you would not be able to flash to other ROMs.
dmackdaddy: Same as above, I didn't change any parts of the actual ROM, so no updated icons, thats a 3.5 thing
