What I would really like to know is if anyone is tracking what files are newer here than in the 3.5 custom roms (an actual list of newer files) Would be interesting to pack the updated files into the current 3.5 roms and get the best of both.

Has anyone compared the create date/time stamps between the two? I would not think it would be too many files. Just would hate to overwrite the newer 3.5 bits with the older 3.3 files and it would be an easy thing to do if the date/times are not accurate to the actual file compile date times.

Anyone have a true way to comp the build dates?"

Also helmi_c, there is no way any of us can give words to truly thank you for all that you have done

All you need to do is extract the installer, find the nk.nbf, and use one of the kitchen RUU apps to flash it.

unrar the installer

extract all the files

delete :

bl_g3.nbf
bl_g4.nbf

(NOTE: If these are FLASHED, you will unable to downgrade)

Take the "nk.nbf" file and put it into another
ROM flasher (Ex: Colonel's ROM install folder)

Boot into serial
Install as Normal

You should be updated to the newest rom

Completely STOCK, nothing extra

(thanks to luv2chill for the help)

Edit by luv2chill: I removed references to the radio.nbf. I don't advocate anyone using that radio yet unless they are very experienced (in which case they will know how to flash it). Thanks.
So, I'm looking to flash this ROM to my Verizon 6700. I'm guessing that I'll be able to follow the above instructions...any suggestions which NoID installer to use? Or will it be easier to wait until the kitchen is out....which I hope won't be long. Also will the kitchen be able to be flashed to the Verizon 6700?

I've already made the kitchen, Like I said earlier... currently colonel and luv2chill is do the cleaning stuff and make it more user friendly for you guys to mesh with...
So is this a later core even then the recent "3.5 R4" core?

There's a file in the extended rom called "HTC_WM5DST_signed.cab". I'm pretty sure that's the daylight savings update.

Yes you will need to install that cab if you're using this ROM. I have attached the file to this post (unzip to get the cab file).

The kitchen will have it all integrated so you won't have to install anything.
