Here is the APACUpgradeUt_noID that you can use to RUU all apache's. If you ever download a ROM that has a ROMUpdateUtility or something of that sort, you can instead use APACUpgradeUt_noID. It tells you to do a hard reset, but it doesn't automatically, and you can just do a soft instead.
