Ppc Series Carrier Esn Swap Set-up 6700 6800 6900 Bluegrass Cellular

Hello -- (this is a great resource):
I am on Bluegrass Cellular, I am on a work contract, my work has given the okay for me to swap phones as I desire (they know I am a phone nerd).
I went from the free w315 to a Razr V3.
The hard thing is finding used phones that are Bluegrass Cellular Phones, the sell all of the PPC / HTC Series Phones but no one seem to be selling on line (or I can rarely find.

So -
I bought a Sprint PPC-6700, I updated it w/ the Generic WM6 from this Forum (A+ by the way).
Now the girls at the local Rat Shack do not how to / or do not have the 'program' to change my Razr ESN / Set-up to the PPC-6700. The said to go to the Bluegrass Dealer in the next county, the issue is that they gave me a hard time when I wanted to go from the w315 to the Razr (I had the Rad Shack do that swap) -- do I cursed em good. (What made me mad was that out work Administrator cave me permision to swap and the Bluegrass Rep was ntofied but the female dogs at the Dealer were haters.

Anyway --
What can I do?
Can I get OEM Bluegrass Rom?
Do I need it?
Can I do it from home?
I know Sprint does an online swap but not Bluegrass.
Someone has to be feeling my pain.
Any love would be appreciatred (sorry for the novel)
