updating apps in 3.5 aku??

I tried to search this but couldnt find anything. Im using bigJ's 3.5 aku and am having trouble with TCPMP. If I open it in landscape mode it trys to switch to portrait and then the screen gets all messed up. the bottom bar with file, options, etc disappears and I have to close the program to get it back to normal. I installed Tcpmp manually to my storage card and tried to overwrite the exe in the windows folder but its locked. Is there anyway to do this? I really like this rom but this tcpmp thing is kinda annoying. Sorry if this has been explained before, but I really tried to search, and couldnt find it

If I were you, I would switch to BigJ's new 1.1r. It is a more stable rom. It also has the new TCPMP and the YouTube update in it.
