Mario ROM battery BAR at TOP?

What is the program and where can i get it?
the gradient colored one that displays how much battery is left; located above the start bar.

if you read the thread for the rom, yo uwill see it in there

anyways, its called vista-guage battery bar and you can get it from the xda developer forums, you can get the OEM in my kitchen as well, and just make it into a cab file.
