Today screen - more upcoming appointments

Just inherited a VZW Apache and have found lots of useful tweaks here, helping with volume and other issues. Thanks for such a great resource!

One thing I haven't seen is a way to increase the time window for upcoming appointments on the Today screen. I really want to see all of today's appointments, with a scroll or arrow if they don't fit. I seem to see only those occurring in the next few hours. Is there a hack for this or do I have to go to a third-party solution?

The other thing I miss is the color-keyed categories from Outlook. I was previously using a Tungsten E2 with Outlook and Agendus, which had taken considerable tweaking to get working just right with automatic color formatting. I was disappointed to find that Mobile Outlook or whatever it's called is pretty thin.

you could take a look at pocket informant http://www.pocketinformant.com/ by WebIS.net.. very very good little program ... today plugin used to suck to me .... but enhances PocketOutlook a little i guess.

Well that was a really noob question, huh. Plug-ins. Of course.

Got a couple running now and am searching for others (most important being a good password manager -- was using DataViz Passwords Plus on my Palm) now.

Pocket Informant looks fantastic -- thanks for the tip! The tweaking on that looks endless.

Pocket informant is a far superior mobile calendar/contacts manager. Used with PocketBreeze on the Today Screen, it's invaluable.

I use calender+, dont like so much going on my today screen, want to be able to look down and see all the info i need without clicking on the screen. pocket informant was great just too much for me, but if i had tons of daily appointments its the way to go
