Block Voice Calling

Hi Everyone,
Long time reader, but I have a question that I haven't been able to find an answer for.

A friend of mine has a small business with a few PPC6700's, he only uses them for data, not for voice. Therefore his plan doesn't include any voice minutes; a few of his employees have been making calls on the phone and racking up a rather large bill.
I'm a techy kinda guy so my friend asked if there was any way to disable the voice calling functionality. I didn't see any option to do this in the phone, but figured there might be a way to do this type of thing with a registry edit.

I'm not all that familiar with this device, so I was wondering if any of you knew of any registry entry I can change (or add) to disable the voice calling but keep the data calling.

Any help would be very very appreciated!

Thanks!
