Whats the best build?

I would like to know your opinion on the best Apache build available right now. it would really help me make a decision of what build to use instead of testing them all.

Re: Whats the best build?

20931 is the latest, but it seems 20755 is the favorite because it takes up less space than 20931 and it seems to be the most stable while still being snappy.

Re: Whats the best build?

I had 20931, and changed to 20755 because I thought it might help with the battery life, to no avail, but 20755 would randomly freeze on me after going to sleep. I switched back to 20931 and haven't had any freezes yet.

I guess it just depends, like most electronics, some people get different results with the same hardware/software.

Re: Whats the best build?

I herd that 20931 runs slower then 20755 at start, but then much faster.I tryed them both, dont see any difference.

Re: Whats the best build?

I have build 20931 using the performance booster and have had no issues at all, very happy with the performance, much faster than before.

Re: Whats the best build?

20931 on apache CDMA
my apache flies like never before, but i did it with only essential software (for me):
1 calc lite
ext rom unlock
pocket rar
adobe reader
excel
word
power point
file explorer extension
solitaire
wm5 new menu
htc camera
estermec jbed java ...2.1
arcsoft mms 3
htc smart dialing
ppc contacts manager
inbox menu extensibility
jetcet printing
sd sdhc support
wm5 storage

that's it, this is my best build so far. it runs fast and stable.
btw, on top of that, i do installed some other software: ereader, mobipocket, spb backup and today, fonix voice dial, and S2u2. my program memory still has 26.34 mb free, and storage 17.92 mb free. hope that helps
