The jack is probably dirty. Plug in the headset and unplug it. Repeat a few times to dislodge the dirt. I've run across this several times with Apaches and if cleaning doesn't fix it, the jack is bad and there's not much hope.

This is a very big and widely known issue wit the 67s. If you look or stick around long enough you will see other threads on the same issue. To resolve just do as has already been said, plus it back in and take it back out until you can hear through the speaker.
