Allright now I have another small issue

just messing around with it really, I didnt do anything other then reset my headphones and it stopped skipping....but now it just has a hissing sound when there is high pitch sounds or it just feels like doing it

Keep in mind that the skipping I assumed you were experiencing was around the issue indicated in that thread ... I've always had skipping since going to a card > 2Gb and changing the transfer rate has always resoveld it for me. As for the BT paring, I recall an issue that would require a reboot of the PPC after a successful pairing. Have been unable to locate that exact post. But as the story went, you'd pair your device and then the BT device would just never work - but reboot the PPC and bada-boom - all was good to go.
