Need help with Picturemail Gateway

I was messing with my hex editor on the nvm_htc file on my 6700. i noticed this address in the encoding and was hoping someone could shed some light on its function.

http://picturemail.sprintpcs.com/WMTP_3_4

http://picturemail.sprintpcs.com/WMTP gives a different version.

this page displays on my pc browser and my 6700. i am not sure how this relates exactly but i was hoping someone could enlighten me.

Is there anyone that can let me know what this is used for on the device? I have been looking around but cannot find any info regarding the gateway and how it is used.
