Bluetooth Possibilities & Wisbar Advanced Questions

1.) Whenever you sync up with another bluetooth enabled phone (I synced with the Motorola SLVR) what all can you do? I couldn't find anything on my phone about it....

2.) I'm wanting to have a picture/icon based looking interface. I want to have the floating windows and all that good stuff. Something very much along the lines of the Mac OSX theme. I feel like I'm making this task much more troublesome than it is. But even when I tried to download and install one of the themes made by someone else, doesnt seem like I'm doing something properly.
