Hack to bring up A-GPS data!!!

I was on pdaphonehome dot com and found a way to access A-GPS data on the 6700. Verizon users already have the field enabled if you go to the phone and type ##33284#/##33284 then dial. Sprint users need to go into the registry and change some things.

Go to HKLM/Software/OEM/FieldTrial, and change DisablePage from a value of 4 to a value of 0, the GPS page will be visible on a Sprint phone.

Now on Verizon you can dial 922 and get the page to fill up with GPS readings but on the Sprint 6700's it doesn't work. The only way I have found to bring up GPS data is to use Sprint Family Locator, and locate the phone then the GPS field becomes populated with GPS readings.

Pic of Sprint 6700 displaying GPS Info.

yeah well too bad you need a computer to get it to work. I think the only good thing about it is that if I loose my phone now I can track it.

This sure will make someone flip when you show up at their door and say,'I think you had my phone and I wanted it back.'

you have to use sprint family locator to locate yourself for anything to show up on there.
