My MSL stopped working.
I too had a bad 6700 and just traded in for a new one, while I wait for the 6800's to get proliferated.
the problem I have is that I'm trying to update my PRL using the old faithful 630845 code and it doesn't work anymore or atleast on the new phone it doesn't

MSLs are device specific. You either have to have Sprint (I am assuming) give it to you or find it out on your own.

if it is a sprint device... ##775 can be used to load a manual prl file. but if your device is not responding to ## codes and it has a stock rom. then you will need to hard reset or use total commander (to navigate to the extended_rom) to reinstall the sprintcustomization.cab (not exact spelling). hope that helps a little.

So I finally got a hold of my tech at the store and he gave me my new MSL. thx didn't know they were device specific.
