That's great, Cap'n! I think we are the only two Alltel users who have really dived into the project, and you are way further into it than I am. Though I deserve a little credit for sending you here from HoFo in the first place.

I'm going to keep trying the new kitchens as they come out, and one of these days I am going to work on getting the few programs I do add post-flash converted to OEMs. Unfortunately, they all seem to fall into BigJ's definition of "complicated"...

I have an Alltel Phone but I'm flashed to Cricket... So I'm trying to get away from all the Alltel stuff I can. Not like I dont like Alltel, but I just dont want to risk any of my No Minutes Phone Service... hehe

Helmi_c's True 3.5 AKU. Using Latest Kitchen, Helmi_APAC_WM3.5_NEW_Kitchen_R3.
This kitchen is revision3 of the new kitchen that came out after unified one.

I'm gonna try flashing this one.. Flashed the alltel rom 211711_ship just to see how that went.. For being so much the same phone as my 8125, these are so different. We'll see how it goes....

Thanks
Brad

Well for the first 5 minutes it's looking great.. Problem #1, contacts won't open.. hit contacts and it shows iContact up by start but does nothing.. How can I remove iContact and just use the standard?

You have to restore your contacts before hitting the contact link
I have taken this rom alot farther but not alot of call for it to be publicly released.

I did restore them first.. After a couple resets it's working.. I must say you have a nice thing going, but ditch the iContact.. It sucks..
If your still making these to order I'll take one with no onions..
SPB Phone Suite isn't something I use either but it's looks like it could have it's perks..
Also the BT being turned on everytime I reset the phone sucks.. Is there a edit to stop that?
Send me a link to the version your up to now as I'd like to try it out..

Also I don't know for sure yet, but I think the LVMTop Bat is a huge drain on power.. I made about 30 mins worth of calls today and a little bit of playing with it and the battery was down to 20%.. Took it out of startup so we'll see how it goes tomorrow..
Nice work and thanks for posting it up, I was starting to think us Alltel guys were stuck.

Brad
