Where is my Program Memory Going???

I have been known to ask stupid questions ... so I have no fear to ask this one ... that is if it is found to be stupid indeed.

I'm using the new ROM KitchenR3 but it that doesnt really matter because no matter what ROM I use I get the same issue.

When my XV6700 boots ... i check the memory and i have normally 25 to 26 meg available.

After a coupld of hours ... its dropps to around 15 or lower. I do have email coming in ... and I know it can take a lot of memory, but what I am asking is if there is a program that can help me get it back once I close it. I am using Memmaid, but when I click the reclaim memory, nothing gets reclaimed.

I make sure all programs are closed ... only one open is activesynce .. which could be my problem, but I'm just curious if the community knows of progams or even some known memory hogs which I need to stop using.

On my today screen i have
Mobileshell B4
Phoneweaver
Device lock (system today plugin)
in my tray is
spShut,
Handyswitcher
Comm Manager
Power
Screen Rotate

(I kind of took what I like from Jbabeys new kitchen and tried to apply it to the new Helmi.

Thanks you all, especially all you guys that are working hard to make my phone experience as special as it is!!!

I use SpaceReclaimer, and have it run on soft resets. Also use Clear Temp. Not sure if that help Prog. memory, or System. But worth a try.
