MS Voice Command in Helmi's New Kitchen
is there any particular reason that the UK version of Voice command is always Checked while the US version is not? Are most of you from the UK? is it better? - I didn't really think this belonged in the bug collection post.

it's just enabled in that OEM Option.xml file... edit the files to set whichever defaults you want.

Everyone should keep in mind that after I made the UK OEM I discovered that while everything else works properly, you can no longer successfully voice dial digits (i.e. "Dial 785-555-1212"). I think this is because it expects to hear a number with UK syntax (which is different than in the US).
Because of that I switched back to the US OEM. The UK voice was novel, but I do voice dial by digit from time to time so decided I would rather have full functionality.
