Getting a new xv6700

This is kind of a long story but here it goes;
I picked up a used xv6700 on ebay when my old LG phone croaked for $170 bucks back in april 07' 2 minor scratches on the surface, and a used battery, still a decent deal I thought.
A month later at a concert I dropped my phone and the camera stopped working all the time, a week later it stopped working compeltly. Then came the random joystick problems where it would scroll down like no tomorrow, I added another scratch to the screen and scratches to the chassis.
I didn't want to take it to VZ because I dont have any of their types of insruance on my phone along with the fact that I bought it used. Along with the fact its been flashed different rom's since the day I got it and hasn't been a VZ rom. The nearest technicaian is an hour away as well.
Recently from taking falls from my desk wtih the charger or mini active sync cable plugged in it's ripped on the sync jack enough that you have to jammm it in there hard to allow it to sync/ever charge, it's been becoming a huge problem, so today I called the local VZ store with my best "get stuff done additude possible" he gave me a 1-800 number, within 1.5 minutes of my call to that number I had a brand spanking new xv6700 overnight fedex to my house with prepaid return envelop for $0.00...yeah free.
So now I gotta backup my data and reflash back to verizon tonight but I'm siked because I got a brand new xv6700 for 170 bucks now lol, deff. getting insurance as well once i get it, that way in 1 month when my new every 2 comes up and something happens to my xv6700, xv6800 should be very easily attained

as for the 1800 number, I was very brief, stated I had my phone for a little over a month, the camera stopped working it and I used it for taking merchandising pictures out on the road for work, he right away said he already got's a new one fedex overnight on its way and he's very sorry for my inconvience.
as for the 1-800 number; 1-800-922-0204
Deff. made my day
