been awhile.... A long while.

So as I think of these thoughts and try to put them in sequential order, its tough. Ppcgeeks helps out a little by telling me my last login date. 9-21-08.

Using a PPC 6700 sprint, and whatever PPckitchen had to offer back few months ago. whatever it was it wont even run the updater now or anything.

I updated my phone to WM 6.1, added alot of wild recipes in my cook and left it alone for a while.. Somewhere down the road I drop my phone off a 14 footladder at work and phone bricks on me.

ultrastarcomm will send you a new one (refurbished) for free, just wait 8 weeks. There is a store that had me pay 40 bucks and got it in 2 days. I get phone back, they connect them and i get all my old software back (the cooked stuff)

Well now i am interested in what the new kitchen has to offer, Im doing updates now taking FOREVER!! I need to remember how to get my phone in bootloader mode. I hit power(ontop) voice record, and soft reset. And i get nothin but my phone turned off.

So without my phone able to go to bootloader, I sit and wonder why I am downloading this new kitchen..... anyone have any suggestions?

Re: been awhile.... A long while.

I don't know what the deals with the kitchen are. I get so many errors it's not even funny. I also am mad at how they pull older versions. Try hiting the power and record a litt before you hit reset. If your bootloader is 1.02 or 1.00 I would use Kirvin WM5 AKU 3.5 instead of trying to mess with the kitchen...

No, open the zip file then take the File out of it. Place the phone in bootloader and plug it in. Then run that file and follow what it says.
