Re: Memory Card Problem

If it wont show up in neither your PC or PPC then you may have a card issue. I was thinking a format issue but you cant format what you cannot see. So that isnt it. I would try it on another PC whether it be a friends, at work or at Circuit City or BB and see if any other PC can find and read it. If not then you will need to replace the card.

Re: Memory Card Problem

My phone locks up when I put the card in...could it be the card or the phone? I can't find my SD adapter to check it on a pc.

I am not a Sprint Customer...I am an Altel (ALHELL) customer. Went in the store today to see if the had a "tester" card for me to try on my phone...they said no..but we can sell you a new one..would not even let me try it in the phone to make sure it was a bad card and not the phone that is the issue. I will try Radio Shack...maybe I will have better luck there. Whatever happened to "Customer Service"? If I go into the Altel store to pay my bill..I have to use the "kiosk" to pay it...the instore reps only seem to care about making a sale...not about helping customers with existing problems.

Sorry for the rant...

You think it's bad now? Wait till the merge with Verizon. It is offical, I HATE Verizon. They are so nice and friendly when you go in to consider them for a carrier but forget about CS after that. I went on to their website the other day and used the online chat box, I asked them why they act gay with me every time I call. They said, "Of course, we are always happy, it's part of our great Customer Service to you". What makes it worse is people let them get away with it. The only problem for me is they have the best coverage, and I don't wanna start a war on who is better but for me it's Verizon...

Re: Memory Card Problem

That's right. Haha, I can't help but laugh at how stupid most Verizon 'techs' are. They said, "We are not aware of any merge between us and AT&T", I said "No you idiot, Alltel". They say, "Oh, we never heard of such. If we did though all equitment would have to be replaced with the new carriers". I had asked if I could use an Alltel phone on their network. I know I can, I just like to ask them questions leaving them feeling stupid. Lol.
