Question: Can add any OEM from FTP site to the new Kitchen?

Quick question. Can you add any OEM you find on the FTP site (i.e. .../Apache/Kitchen OEMs/) to the new kitchen by following the process BigJ's Walkthrough document prescribes (updating the option.xml file)? He details creating your own OEM and adding it. I didn't want to assume all the others followed the same process he describes / would work.

Yes, the option.xml file is the only change required.
