The version of the kitchen moved into its own folder does not have smartdial working. (The version prior to this that was in Colonels folder did.)

I'd just take the Smartdial folder from Colonels and put it in your new Kitchen. Some might notice that there are a few files missing from the new one that were in Colonel's. Some might even have had .exe after them. Could be why that file was considerably larger??
Some of us certainly appreciate the simplicity of the larger download.

Sometimes I do.
And sometimes I don't.

The alleged files that I am possibly referring to might be something that should not generally be posted in public forums.

And that's all I'll say about that- in public.

It appears that the Despiser theme is missing SmartDialer. Until we can build a ROM with the standard Crossbow theme or Col's, you may want to install the Jimmy98 Vista dialer cab.

I know. Someone deleted it while I was trying to download it.
